We have been customers of JSA for years. I am impressed by the ability to communicate with the office day or night. They are always polite and responsive to my questions. I love the Sanford staff, and the office is very convenient to our home. They are very thorough, and not afraid to use their resources. I am a tough critic, as a nurse I expect the best. I really feel I found it here.
I used to go to JSA on Turkey Lake but was so far from where I lived and worked that I thought I would try Sanford location. Tried calling all day yesterday and phone rang busy every time. Tried again today, had someone answer and said would like to make an appt. put on hold, then was hung up on. I've tried now for over 1/2 hr getting thru again and after it rings and rings it drops the call. If it's this hard just to make an appointment, what's the point??? Do they not want business?? Very crazy!!!
