I truly regret recommending your company to my friend Neil. After weeks of back-and-forth, the installer Jeremiah now says he no longer works for you. Meanwhile, my friend has already paid $1,400 for equipment and installation—and has completely lost hope of receiving any service. This comes across as nothing short of a scam, and it has destroyed any credibility your company once had.

Got water softener installed from JS Wholesale H2O Distributors / J'S Wholesale H2O Distributors in Mar 2024 and reached out to via TXT messages, voice calls and emails but not getting a response at all for service support salt replacement. Though they promised that someone would come to refill salt but no one turned out till date (12Jul2024) since my followups started on 10Jun2024. Wasted my time waiting for them three times after they confirmed that someone would turn up. Waste of time and effort chasing them.

We purchased new units from them in October, 2021 and have been calling them for service since first week in April. Leave messages almost every day and they say they will contact you within 24 hours and still have not heard from them!!

This is a superb company. My 95 year old father has been scammed by another Clearwater "Water Conditioning" company and I discovered J's Wholesale H2O when we needed immediate help. They give a 10 year warranty and the plumber who installed was excellent. They build and warranty the system so buy direct from them. I spoke directly with the owner, Jeanne, who could not have been more professional.
