Needed a control board for my ultrex, these guys were the only ones around with the part in stock.
Jacob went above and beyond for my issues. Took the time to explain the cause of my issues and the repair was well worth the price.
I was actually Jacob's very first customer! Minn Kota Ultrex lower unit starting making a grinding noise three weeks before a scheduled championship tournament. Normal shop was "a month" out and most likely it would have been even longer, so I called Jacob and he was able to get a new lower unit installed for a very affordable price and well before the tournament.
