I was apprehensive to come here based on the reviews and I should have listened to my gut. My items were supposed to be ready on Monday. I arrived on Tuesday (so a day later than they were due) to be told they’re not done yet. What’s so frustrating about this experience is that my contact information is on the ticket. All she had to do was give me a call and let me know she was running late, but instead, she allowed me to waste my time driving there to leave empty handed and having to return. I asked J's to shorten my wedding dress and take out the folds at the waist. After weeks of going back in again and again, photo #1 was her best work. It looks like she hacked the bottom of my dress with no finesse and continued to put heavy tacks and press down the folds. At one point I asked her, "do you think this looks good?" She replied "no" without any suggestions on how to better the dress. I finally brought my dress to another tailor (photo #2) who did in 3 hours what J's could not do in 3 weeks. J literally saved my wedding dress!! I originally brought it to another seamstress that made several mistakes and would not take accountability for them, so I frantically searched for other places to fix my dress (at this time, the wedding was in 2.5 weeks out). J called me after her business hours to call me back and was able to get me in 2 days after I called, fixed my dress (even several flaws that the original seamstress ignored) just in time for the wedding and for a very reasonable price.
