My son and I have been going for years, amazing atmosphere, and great haircuts!
Me and my friend went there and I lost a bunch of hair because they tried LOCKING MY HAIR. My hair is straight. I am white. I asked for a highlight and trim. They did it to hers too. Never coming here. Horrible customer service as well. Got ignored AND the water from the wash bowl got in my shirt down to my BRA AND WAISTBAND. And I saw ants all over the bathroom floor. Never going back.
