Mike was very attentive to my concerns about the wear paths on my carpet. He was able to clean those paths and other stains that were on the carpet. I am very satisfied and will call J&S Steamway for future carpet cleanings.
After a water damage (fixed by another company), I needed a thorough carpet cleaning. I called J&S at 11am and Mike was here at 11:30 for an estimate. We agreed on a price I thought was very fair and he started to work immediately. At 1:30pm, the job was done, carpet super clean, brown spots gone... Hard to beat such a schedule. I absolutely recommend J&S Steamway as a very serious company...
