This was our first time using J & S Steamway. From my very first contact with Sherry to set up an appointment for an estimate and scheduling a time for the actual cleaning, the customer service was excellent. Dean did our estimate and also returned to do the actual steam cleaning of our carpet. He was thorough, friendly, professional and did a great job! Would highly recommend J & S Steamway if you're looking to have your carpets cleaned at a great price. I will definitely be a repeat customer as the need arises.
My area rugs (all 5) are back to the way they looked when I bought them. The gentleman knows what he’s talking about when it comes to rugs/carpet. The turn around time was very fast!! I’m a devoted customer!!
