Great job! Everyone explained the process thoroughly from scheduling to completion of the work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Mike did a great job, all stains and odors removed. Will use them again in the future.
J&S Steamway is the ONLY company I would trust to have my area rug cleaned. At 10' by 14' it is heavy and their staff is very professional courteous and accommodating to my schedule for pickup and delivery.
