First of all let me thank the wonderful Sherri who took my appointment. Sherri was very helpful and very concerned about my needs. She is a lump of sugar. Mike and Qiyntym are professional, knowledgeable, and have great work ethics. I will only have J and S Steamway in my home!!!!!
I had them clean all my apartment complexes, and they were filthy! The common areas hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and when they came in they made them all look brand new! I highly recommend using them and wouldn’t use anyone else! There’s a reason they’ve been around for almost 50 years!
Steamway was running a little late this year. I received a courtesy call from them advising they were going to be about 20 minutes late. very pleasant and conscientious employees. We did a pre-cleaning walk-through and all my concerns were addressed. As usual, they did an excellent job. I will continue to give them my business.
