I scheduled my winterization but JS Services never showed. I texted and emailed, because the company does not check voicemail, but no response. I had to contact another company for the winterization service.
Avoid at all costs if you have a well. Sent out a team to turn on the water that could not figure out how to even with the owner’s guidance in the phone. Owner said he would personally come look at it - took multiple emails and weeks before I got on the schedule so by that point we passed. I asked to have the system blown out and turned off and was told I had to wait until the trucks were out. They never scheduled me for the turn off - had to email and wait weeks again. Poor service overall, extremely slow to respond, took forever to make the appointment, phone service has been out of order forever. They finally showed up but 6 hours before the agreed upon time for the appointment and left without fixing the broken sprinkler heads. They are overpriced, I had started the system already, there was a broken valve and to replace that they charged me more than 300 dollars. I never write reviews, but my experience with JS Services has been terrible. They NEVER answer the phone. EVER. and leaving voicemails doesn't work because they don't call you back... They came to prep our sprinklers for the season, and told me specifically there was no leaks. I received my water bill which was double what it normally is so I went checking for leaks. There were two leaks on the sprinkler line, above ground (one near the main, one outside). I called them atleast 5 times to repair it, and never received an ans... read more
Fantastic experience for our annual irrigation system backflow valve test. Convenient and responsive online communication for appointment setup, reminders, and payment. JS Services will be getting all of my irrigation system business in the future.
