JS Septic did a great job installing my concrete tank at a reasonable price. Just one thing. For some reason, they don't think they need to seal the riser - that ring that mounts on the tank opening with a lid that you remove when it's time to pump it out. Mine is a pump-out tank, and the first spring after I closed camp I found that the tank had filled - 1,200 gallons - even though the water was shut off and it hadn't been used. $400+ to pump.
