First of all , Heidi carries some attitude - I discovered it in first few seconds - she does not make her customers comfortable at first place, rather she shows of strict school teacher rules and talk - which was very annoying people like dealing executives like us.The quality that she delivered is very poor - at the end she shows very frustration during delivery of quality - and she started calling me that I was "accusing" her delivery - the word she used "Accusing" was double confirmed her attitude. she is NOT a customer s... read more
