Had the worst experience with Michael. Do not recommend. He was great all the way up until the Day of the lease signing , after agreeing on a price, they said the landlord changed the rent, me and my spouse backed out and he kept calling back to “negotiate” told me that it went back down to the original rent but by then, my husband said absolutely not because he doesn’t trust them and he doesn’t want a landlord from hell. This son and dad duo were great to work alongside. They had professionalism with a touch of familiar. They had listings that were not available online. They were receptive to texts and texted us to reminds us of important documents and times. We did have to be patient, but honestly anyone in our shoes would not be patient considering the fact our lease was up in a few days. If I could give 0 stars I would, me and my family was waiting for an apartment for 2 months, they kept on making us applied and repeated the same story over and over saying how someone else got the apartments first and not us, all they did was lied and wasted our time. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
All I have to say is don’t waste your time in here. We have waited 2 months for an apt and never got one. They kept making up excuses every single week, they kept getting our hopes up for no reason to just end up telling us we didn’t get the apt. We saw few apt and applied for like 4 of them and not even one of the apt we got. They told us our credit was good and income was good so I don’t understand why we ain’t get an apt. Don’t waste your time or money. Was patient for 2 months for no reason. They don’t follow up on anything and charge a 200 dollar application fee. Even gave us false hope 3 times. Telling us we’re going to have an apt just for them to tell us someone else rented it. The Only good thing that they did was give us our 2,000 dollar deposit back. Other than that very bad place and I do not recommend at all.
