I do need to add a caveat to this 5 star review. John did really excellent work, worked hard, and was very responsive. However, setting the terms of the project were felt very hasty through only text, when I’d hoped to talk through things in greater detail or even have a visit in order to get an accurate estimate. But he stuck to the agreed upon price even after seeing the larger scope on the day of the project. Then, certain details of the project had to be reiterated several times.
