Absolutely a horrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE!!! They charged me almost $800 to replace a wax ring on a toilet and they had to come out 4 times to do it because they kept messing it up. I am reporting their plumbing license to the state board. They should not be in business.
RecommendedOur experience was great, got the job done quick! Just waited on the inspector, of course! Haha but also had some fun with our baby boy overseeing their work making sure they did the job right 😉 haha
They did nothing correctly and I had to pay another company to fix all their mistakes! This is the worst plumbing company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THEM! I would never recommend them! I will be getting my money back. You completely ripped us off, along with my in-laws! Terrible!
Things have changed since two employees of the company is no longer working at JS. They HAD an excellent admin customer service for resolution UNTIL this year (2020). I am a senior and often find myself at the mercy of others. Seniors are treated horribly and are often taken advantage. I am finally writing to support myself. I rarely use a plumber. However, having a house that is over 50 years old I am not surprised that I desperately needed a professional plumber. My son recommended J & S Plumbing. He called them to fix the two faucets attached to the washing machine. Two men came out and replaced the corroded faucets. As they completed the task, they heard what sounded like water running in the wall in the next room, a bathroom. Our sump pump went out sometime early this morning and our basement flooded. They were able to have a crew of 2 come out right away and replace it for us. Both men observed social distancing and had gloves and masks. J&S replaced one of our sewers last year and they did an outstanding job so I knew exactly who to call this time around!
They rodded my line tonight; ragged on me that I need to do this yearly, even though this is my first problem in 14 years; they wouldn't rod from inside, that was extra; they don't carry a camera, that is extra; they appeared to only use a 3" cutter, I have a large line; and after $329, they said they do not offer warranty; not even 24 hours? Never again. I used them before and had great guys do great work; not these crabbos
These gentlemen were SUCH a pleasure. So absolutely nice, accommodating, loving to my very protective dog, and quick with their work. The work they did was above and beyond. And they accommodated us in any way we needed with no complaints. Ive never encountered such a nice pair of handymen like the gentlemen who helped me today. Thank you to Matt and his fellow plumber/coworker for the great job done while being so friendly through the process.
