They changed the oil in my wife's explorer and checked the cabin air filter. In doing so they cut or clipped or otherwise broke the glove box retractor cord, did not reinstall the glove box retainer/pivot pins and broke the glove box pivot pin tabs. I called and spoke to the" manager" who told me they won't do anything to fix it, said I broke it myself, told me I could drive up there and show them or discuss it if I wanted to but it would be a waste of my gas because they were not going to fix it. Great job. Great people. In and out fast! My car was vacuumed. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. And I got a half price car wash.
