I love my nails Tony did an amazing job!!! Great atmosphere was greeted as soon as I walked in.
Always had a good pedicure here. Got a full set manicure today and he didn’t listen to me at all. Went so fast and didn’t ask if I liked the way it looked before proceeding. I asked for oval/almond and gave me the pointiest nails I’ve ever had. Very disappointed today. Would not come back for a manicure
I have been consistently coming here and I have sent countless people here. I originally posted an amazing review but I am actually beyond disgusted and really feel like this place has plummeted with regards to their customer service and quality. I took my friend here yesterday and both of us ended up with horrid nails and even worse experiences. The thickness, shapes, lengths, colors, quality, etc were undeniably off! Awful. Seriously. The shaping on the nails were done really bad and none of them were the same length. On my middle finger, it was placed crooked and didn't cover my whole finger nail. I was trying to explain and point it out, at which point I was told "if you dont like it then we cant make you like it. We can just take it off" No willingness to fix their mistakes. It seems like if you question or critique their work at all they get upset. So I said fine, take them off then I guess. But they left ALOT of acrylic on my nails.... read more
The staff are fast but not giving rush jobs. Very clean! I appreciate that my eldery mom can still get her nails done. Its important for her to feel herself & beautiful. we trust them because they don't try to push up selling, they are gentle and friendly! That wasn't alwaya the case at other places!
