I have been consistently coming here and I have sent countless people here. I originally posted an amazing review but I am actually beyond disgusted and really feel like this place has plummeted with regards to their customer service and quality. Awful. Seriously. The shaping on the nails were done really bad and none of them were the same length. On my middle finger, it was placed crooked and didn't cover my whole finger nail. I was trying to explain and point it out, at which point I was told "if you dont like it then we cant make you like it. We can just take it off" No willingness to fix their mistakes. It seems like if you question or critique their work at all they get upset. So I said fine, take them off then I guess. But they left ALOT of acrylic on my nails.... read more
The staff are fast but not giving rush jobs. Very clean! I appreciate that my eldery mom can still get her nails done. Its important for her to feel herself & beautiful. we trust them because they don't try to push up selling, they are gentle and friendly! That wasn't alwaya the case at other places!
Had my birthday nails done and came out perfect. So many compliments from customers and friends and family. Ill be scheduling a full but let me tell you they still look so good and it's been about a month and no lifting no chipping. He did a great job.
So I come in for a full set and a pedicure the main lady he decided to do my nails. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails she told me 130 I said that would be fine. The nails I chose were a little bit shorter than the design in the picture and so she tries to go about doing the design in a totally different way. I told her I didn't really like that design and if she can do the design more closer to the one in the picture, she got upset tried to start popping off my nails and refused my pedicure and charge me $70 fo... read more
