What can I say....As usual, it was an overall pleasant experience.Great Dentist and his Staff was the best.
Dr. McElhinney's follow up phone call to my house the evening of my procedure was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. I call that excellent follow through and excellent customer service/care.
J S is an excellent professional with very good clinical and interactive people skills. I have no reservations about recommending him.
My wife and I have not found a comparable dental provider since we left Reno. Dr. McElhinney has those special skills to know what to do and when; all the while providing the utmost in customer service and high quality, lasting results. Subsequent dentists have marveled over Dr. McElhinney's crown work. I wish only that they'd marvel less and try harder to achieve his level of professionalism!
Dr. McElhinney has been my dentist for over 10 years, not only because of the fantastic dental care he has provided me but because he's on the leading edge of technology and education within the industry. Not only does his staff provide great basic care, but he's probably THE leading dentist in Reno in terms of use of technology in his practice (i.e electronic records & investment in new equipment) as well as always reading and attending educational seminars.
