I’ve done business with JS Home Theater for many years and continue to be amazed by the company’s professionalism and service. Jason truly cares about his customers and their experience. We were in a bind because a tech I hired apparently screwed up in reinstalling by home theater after interior painting. JS who originally installed my home theater sent Nate over to troubleshoot and discovered the tech I hired did not hook up the infrared wires to my RTI Remote! Nate did a great job! That you JS for your response!

Though I didn't purchase anything from Jason at JS Audio, he was one of the few dealers that answered my questions. Not only that, but he was professional and willing to go the extra mile if needed, which was greatly appreciated. Jason - thank you. I have you on my radar for future purchases and projects. A+ customer service and just a good guy.
