J’s Heating and Cooling provide exceptional service, are on time, communication is excellent and are very respectful.
Zero customer service, not available on weekends, holidays or after hours for that matter. Had to pay for another company to come and look at my problem. My brand new (8 months) old unit under warranty took a shit and died. Now no heat for 3 days. The other company said there was 3 error codes showing and 1 component failed causing issues with the system. I paid them for the call out and thanked them for their service but said I will take it up with the company that sold me the unit to make the repairs. Now they won't reimbu... read more
