Worst service EVER!!! 3 WEEKS NOW W/OUT AIR....FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT THE MOTOR IN MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS BAD, HE CAME BACK AFTER A WEEK WITH A NEW MOTOR, UNIT BREAKS AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. A WEEK LATER HE FINALLY COMES BACK TO FIX IT. GUY GOES OUT TO HIS CAR AND SAYS HE'S GOING TO CALL HIS BOSS, HE LEAVES AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE WENT AND HE STILL HASN'T BEEN BACK THE FIRST TIME I CALLED AND SAID THAT IT BROKE THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT IN A FEW DAYS WHEN THAT DAY CAME THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND I ASKED THEM WHY ... read more
I've been using JS Heating & Air Conditioning for a long time now and have been satisfied for the most part. This time I was tremendously pleased as specialist showed me how the coils just above the furnace were so dirty. They were so dirty that with my eyes I could only see dirt, not the coils, so I asked him to clean them. Glad I found this company!!
Very professional!!! Same day service on the hottest day of the year!!!! I will call them for all services!! Thank you Edgar!!!!
