Working with Sarah was fantastic. She helped us find our dream home in Miami while we were living out of state. She lined up in person and remote showings, gave great insight into the market, and negotiated our purchase price down ~10% from the asking price. She also coordinated with the title attorney, home inspector and insurance broker to take care of all the little things when buying a home. Great communication and an all around great experience. I would highly recommend Sarah for any real estate needs.

Kaitlin and Sara are amazing! We have had such a great experience with them. From helping us rent our home and finding us the PERFECT tenants, to selling a few years later. They are both so knowledgeable and have guided us through both of these processes at different times in the market. They set up showings and open houses to sell our home while we are living in another state. Everything has been so easy with their help. They are a pleasure to work with!
