Unprofessional - you get what you pay for Completely unprofessional. Took 2 weeks just to track him down to schedule an appointment, then he let me wait nearly an hour after our scheduled appointment time before having another employee call to reschedule. He was late for the rescheduled appointment as well. He was cheaper than another place we got an estimate from and the work was done satisfactorily, but after all the hassle, we should have gone with the competitor who has done work for us before and was wonderful. JS Glass Company, Lompoc, CA This is the place I decided to use, after gathering info from other glass companies in town. The facility itself is small and a bit cluttered. The prices are the best in town. I was satisfied with the work they did. I had a piece cut for a glass top table that was broken in moving. It did take a bit longer than they quoted. But the work was good so I was satisfied.
