I love this place. Fair prices. Don't bring your junk here and expect to be fixed in days. Be patient.
Avoid this place—it's a classic bait and switch. They used poor-quality parts, replaced things that didn’t need replacing, and even installed the wrong parts. I went in to have my back rotors turned and new pads installed. When I picked up my car, I was shocked to see a bill for brand new pads and rotors all around! They always do great work on my vehicle. Brought my truck in recently for front/real suspension assembly and install. I apologize for bugging here and there finding transportation to work was a little tough but overall highly recommend J’s !
Terrible experience with this shop. It took them seven months to replace a transmission and window regulator, with constant delays, poor communication, and misleading updates. When the car was finally returned, it was filthy inside and out, and was out of gas. The window still doesn’t function properly, and it’s leaking differential fluid.
