I’m very disappointed. I've been searching for this shop and I realized it's not a real flower shop! You can only place orders online. They should specify that this isn't a store where you can go to pick up an arrangement or a gift.

I called yesterday to place a same-day delivery order for my mother and spoke with a woman named Harper, who I believe is one of their floral designers. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process.
