I’m very disappointed. I've been searching for this shop and I realized it's not a real flower shop! You can only place orders online. They should specify that this isn't a store where you can go to pick up an arrangement or a gift.
JS Flowers delivered truly top-tier customer service. I called yesterday to place a same-day delivery order for my mother and spoke with a woman named Harper, who I believe is one of their floral designers. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Such a wonderful place. JS Flowers goes above and beyond to create a masterpiece with their arrangements. This is the 2nd year I used them for my Anniversary. I was blown away by the exquisite array of flowers. My wife is so happy. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
