The team called before arriving, they arrived on time as they said. They did an excellent job of removing and installing the carpet we ordered. Amazed how they moved very large and heavy furniture. Carpet looks great!
The installation was perfect! The 2 gentlemen were very professional and very tidy. They worked very hard to carpet my stairs and hallway. I have a very old house and there are no standard measured areas. The installation team was wonderful
J&S flooring has the right team in place ! Juan with his team of three were on time and ready to go ! They all had their assignments Before I knew the old rug & padding were up and out ! I have never been so disappointed/upset with an installer/ company in my life!! First they showed up late. Then within 30 seconds started telling me every reason why they can’t install my floor. They were contracted through LOWES (Beware) a total nightmare, and here’s why. 1) the contents of my entire house is being stored in a POD IN THE YARD. I have no bed clothes or anything easily accessible. It took me 2 days to do this. Only to find out on day of install all these reasons they can’t do the job. Im beside myself because... read more
Outstanding work! This is our 3rd flooring installation project with Lowe’s and J&S Flooring and simply put, the work product is exceptional. The crew is beyond competent and are neat, clean and craftsmen at their skill. I wish I had more rooms to renovate! Hire them, you won’t be disappointed.
