An exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect from estimate to clean-up was given the utmost in customer care. Our installers were highly skilled & every detail was attended to. Clean, neat & precise. 10 stars across the board. Our floors are beautiful. They also installed the coving. We couldn't be more pleased!!
J&S Flooring did a fantastic job!! Juan, the carpet installer that came was very professional and courteous. He waisted no time at all. I couldn’t believe how fast he got the job done and how great it came out. I have two more rooms to get done in my home and will definitely be purchasing them from Lowe’s again and I absolutely want the same company to come back for those jobs!! Highly recommend them!!
J & S Flooring, Juan did the installation of my carpet purchased from Lowe's home improvement. Juan was very professional, polite, and curtious, everything we expect from workers coming into our home, but have not received in several years. I highly recommend J & S Flooring, but impressed eith Juan. They should clone him!
What a great installation team. Professional, courteous, cleaned up as the job proceeded. Couldn't be happier with the carpet installation. Highly recommend.
