Amazing customer service!!! I had J&S come to install carpet as Lowe’s third party installer and there was a miscalculation in the square footage. J&S onsite install team as well as their office staff were amazing in making it right, communicating professionally and was even able to obtain the missing square footage (stair landing) carpet the same day in the color/style from Lowe’s. Fantastic business, highly recommend. Thank you, J&S, for timely resolution and valuing your customers.
