Wanted to get a quote for wrapping grille trim pieces and then book it in. They answered the DM about pricing and ignored the follow-up msg. I phoned in a couple months later, they told me to just DM my inquiry again and they would respond. I DMed just to confirm the pricing we discussed earlier before booking it in, and they upped the price on me. Ignored the second DM after that AGAIN when I mentioned that they previously quoted me cheaper. Poor customer service & I guess they don't want the business.
