AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! My fiancée was shown a “clean” vehicle history by this dealership, based on that information she paid $230 for a pre-purchase inspection—only to find the car had a major accident with SEVERE DAMAGE on the actual Carfax. Update after the dealership’s response: I appreciate the dealership replying. I would like to clarify a few points so the timeline is accurate. The vehicle was purchased on September 29, 2025. The engine issue began toward the end of December 2025, and the vehicle was inspected by Ken Garff Ford on January 5, 2026. The teardown was done to determine the cause of the problem, not to begin repairs. I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost from JS Cars on September 29, 2025. At the time of purchase, I was provided a CarFax report and a state inspection indicating the vehicle had no apparent issues.
