The idea of the ink coming out didn't look very promising. Our stain guard warranty that was added to the sofa when we purchased it had expired, but I called the place where we purchased the sofa anyway asking what we'd do or who we'd call if it were still under warranty. I had Jeremy out recently to do my carpets after I moved out of my place. He was on time, very polite, and very thorough. I had some pretty bad spots but he was able to make the carpets sparkle and i got my deposit back! I had him do my parents place as well and they were just as pleased!
