J's bikes is a gem of a Local Bike Shop. They are kind, knowledgeable and generous, and the prices are fair. Jerry and his team are very supportive of the local bike community.

In the last week, I have been to this shop 3 times. Each time I went in, everyone there was more than willing to help me out, considering how new I am to riding. They never seemed annoyed, no matter how menial and elementary I thought my questions were. I have plenty of shops that are closer to me, than J's, but I will always drive an extra 25 miles for outstanding customer service and their depth of knowledge and experience. This shop is owned and staffed by pros that love riding. Unbelievable customer service. If you need a new bike, an old favorite serviced, parts, or accessories, this is THE place to go in the Wabash Valley. I don't bother with anyone else.
