Kendra answered all of my questions (and I had a few), and she was willing to give me a rough estimate on how much everything could cost for what I was bringing my car in for. When dropping off my car, she said she'd try a few ways of contact before calling another number, which was very nice to have. She let me know a few times that credit cards would have an additional charge, just to make sure. Very reasonable prices in comparison to some places we've seen, and work was done in a reasonable amount of time

I gave this shop a try because I don't typically trust the dealerships to be transparent with me about my vehicle - and this turned out to be a GREAT decision. I live out of town, but saw the great reviews they had, so I figured l'd let them diagnose and work on my car. From the very start, Kendra was very personable and welcoming over the phone.
