i came for my first appointment on a friday and the place was full of dogs (i love dogs b it why at a doctors office) and everything was disorganized and unprofessional im not sure why i went ahead and booked another appointment for the following monday to meet with their on site psychiatrist and i arrive to my 12:45 appointment to find they’re closed from 12-1 for lunch??? when i come in the frazzled front desk person called the doctor and they tried to reschedule me for later that same day at 4 online but i have school and... read more
Don't waste your time, literally. You wait for over an hour past your "appointment" time just to be put into a room. It's like waiting in the ER to be seen. What's the point in having an appointment if you're not even seen within a decent amount of time. Then because they are running so behind they don't give you the time and attention you need. You're just another body at that point, no bedside manner. We'll be looking for a new primary.
Johnathan Vigil Jr. is a physicians assistant (PA) and was my primary care provider for about a year and a half. I had a few issues with him over that period of time, but let it go because the issues had to do with attitude and not as a medical professional. I would hope that a doctor or someone who performs any kind of surgery is completely aware of their surroundings at all times. Apparently, Dr. Vigil has no regard for those that are differently abled then he. Worse still, when I called and spoke to the woman that answered the phone she was completely apathetic as well.
