Hiring JRT was a huge mistake. They took on a simple bathroom remodeling project and botched it completely. Fixtures were installed incorrectly, and the plumbing started leaking within a week. When I called to get it fixed, they ghosted me. Unbelievable.

I had a really bad experience working with JRT Construction LLC. I regret hiring them as a home builder so much. The job was of significantly worse quality, and many problems appeared soon after it was "finished." Everywhere there were cuts, and there was hardly any attention to detail. Throughout the project, there was a lack of communication, and they missed multiple deadlines without providing a reason. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone searching for a trustworthy and knowledgeable home builder.

I'm sorry I decided to renovate my house with JRT Construction. The bathroom renovation was especially bad; the grout work was careless and the tiles were uneven. I was astounded by their lack of caution as they proceeded to paint the outside. Paint was left on the windowsills where they made mistakes. Not what I had anticipated for the amount I spent.
