If I could give this company minus 1, I would. First of all the carpet guy showed up an hour early, no call or anything, I was sick that day so luckily I was home. They were to clean my living room and 14 stairs because I was having new furniture delivered. I decided to go in my bedroom upstairs to be out of the way, in 15 minutes I came out to get a glass of water from the kitchen and the carpet guy is standing by my front door with it open chillin.
