I had a really frustrating experience with this shop and would strongly urge others to be cautious. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM for a simple inspection and was told it would only take a few minutes. No problem—I planned my morning around it. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. If you’re looking for a place that magically “finds” suspension issues and brake problems every time you walk in—whether you have them or not—this is your spot. Scott seems to specialize in recommending brakes, rotors, and suspension work… especially when it’s not needed. It starts to feel less like diagnostics and more like a script. Was in a major holiday pinch and needed brakes and rotors replaced a week after yesterday before things got worse. Well… things got worse for me. Even with needing extra parts and work they still finished the same day and saved the holiday season. The price was very fair for everything that needed to be done, and the service was great from start to finish. Truly appreciate the speed, and quality, and pricing. Highly recommend!
