On February 16th, during the winter storm that Texas endured, I had a burst pipe and started calling plumbers. The first to respond was J.R.'s Plumbing. The pipe in question was in an outside laundry room and was exposed, not inside a wall. The water had already been shut off at the main cutoff, so no water was coming out of it.
