Front desk guy seemed unbothered nice enough though it was an empty dark place no good smelling food inside. Chicken was dry tasteless price was ok however I will not be a repeat customer an I live in the neighborhood
Really disappointed with the customer service. If I choose to spend money with you, at least show some respect. They treat loyal customers like crap. When people are ignorant it makes me question their entire business. Don't trust it.
Havent been in a few years cause I no longer am driving or work in the area but they certainly were a favorite
So I'm here at 11 and I ordered the ox tails for lunch. And I was charged the dinner price. So I ask the gentlemen why I was charged the dinner price? His response was we automatically assume people want the dinner portion. So u have 2 specify what you wanted. Wow..!!!!!!! It's 11 am you just opened and you don't ask me which portion I would like???? And it's a 3 dollar difference...I rate the food good but the service definitely needs improvement.
The service is terrible.....I only ordered 2 jerk tacos n they were cold when I went back they said no refund n remade the food....never went back...I don't have to pay for the bad attitude with bad food too..ijs
