JR was super quick to return my call and schedule an appointment with me. There were several other shops that were hard to get a hold of or couldn't fit me in for 2-3 weeks. JR offered to send someone out within 2 days (middle of a heat wave) even though I know he had a packed schedule. Unfortunately for JR, my buddy was able to fix our issue. However I was impressed by JR's professionalism and flexibility. We will definitely use them in the future.
