Iconic Texas BBQ with smoky brisket and peppery sausage.
So this is my 3rd and last time eating here, because this last time was a complete shame. I typically get a full lb of brisket, and 1 lb sausage, but I didn't this time. I grabbed a 1/2 lb of both, and what I got was flat out ridiculous. This guy gives me brisket that's ALL gristle and fat, and it's only ONE piece. The fact that there was nearly no MEAT on the brisket, is sad. It's sad that it cost $16.50 for this sad price of junk, but it's okay. At least on my first 2 times I went, it was good.
