Jordan was awesome from start to finish. He communicated clearly every step of the way. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work and the overall result for the client. He went the extra mile to fill divots and bare areas with grass seed and leveled out the dirt around the tree that was ground. Would highly recommend JR Arborcare to anyone needing a tree service.
I would never do business with this company based on their pure disrespect for homeowners. Came home and was unable to pull into my driveway due to their truck and trailer completely blocking it. Even with plenty of room to have pulled forward. No workers in sight. Called the number on the truck and no answer. Left a message- over 20 minutes later and my driveway is still blocked. Thank goodness I don’t have a medical emergency. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very professional and courteous! They did an amazing job trimming the huge tree in my yard and it looks great! Would hire again 100%.
I was very pleased and and happy with their work on my tree and removing the tree stump. He was so professional and prompt. Cleaned everything up when they were finished. Everything looks great. I will definitely hire JR Arborcare again
