I had an appraisal done by this guy, JR. First off he was late to our appointment of 9:30-10:00, arrived at 10:10. He had an attitude when I answered the door by not even introducing himself. He then proceeded to tell us after inspecting our home that none of the upgrades were to be taken on the appraisal of which we had paid solar, view lot, upgraded flooring, landscaping, California room.
