This Review is well overdue, but still very relevant. The experience my wife and I had working with J&RS was amazing. After our home suffered roof damage due to heavy snow loads during the '22/'23 winter season, I decided to find my own contractor for the first time with my home insurances approval. Fun with Nate! Great job crew?
Had a water heater fail and was serviced next day. Installers worked quickly and did great work. Even answered my questions post installment about concerns and provided peace of mind. Would highly recommend this company.
J&RS has been working to problem solve my very noisy furnace issue. First, Ray assessed the problem; then, Loren adjusted the furnace and gave further feedback that the (in lay terms) hot air and cold air were not balanced, hence the intolerable noise; today, Nathan and Blake installed another cold air return and, like a miracle, it is quiet heat. Hurray for the J&RS crew! Thank you very much!
I had convinced myself that my kitchen floor renovation was too small of a job for any contractor, which is why I never completed the inquiry form for J&RS. To my surprise, Sam from J&RS reached out to me because my inquiry was incomplete, and offered his assistance. He was prompt, professional, efficient, with a keen eye for detail, and tidy, making our floor project a huge success. I will not look anywhere else but J&RS and Sam for future home projects!
