My husband and I order from Jr's often as we are locals to the area and find many nights too busy to make dinner. When their team is on point the food is delicious, delivered promptly and our meal is in good order. UNFORTUNATELY, this only happens 10% of the time. It has become a rarity that our entire order is perfect. Sometimes it's something small like forgetting straws for our soda but more often our food isn't made as requested and/or items are forgotten. Food was raw, complained and they sent out new, still raw. Brought back to the store for a refund, asked if they temp their food and was told no, but it looked done. Looking and knowing are two very different things and that is a dangerous game your playing.
Used to love this place. For the past several weeks you can't even order without being put on hold for ten minutes !!!!
