A disappointing experience, and waste of my time. I made an appointment mid-December for 9.00-9.15 on the first day this business was open after the holidays, 20 January, 2025. I explained that my 26 year old car's automatic hard roof was not retracting fully and the operation button light was on and flashing constantly: It should not be. Brought my car in, they spent significant time diagnosing and advised I need to see an auto electrician. They gave me a full break down of what they found and sent me $0.00 invoice because they couldn't fix it. I don't think I've ever come across such a honest and fair mechanic. Hands down, all my cars are going here moving forward!

If I could give them zero I would. They did work which wasn’t approved. Then when it went wrong they charged me like a wounded bull for it. A friend had a similar experience where the final job cost twice as much as The suggested cost. Make sure you get a written quote out of these characters before you trust them to do any work. Very bad value.
