Jreck Subs is known and has always been known for their sub rolls. We stopped at the Arsenal Street location this afternoon and what a disappointment! They fall apart in your hands in hands and taste terrible! That was not the place to make a change! If you expect to survive as Jreck Subs, you need to go back to the original rolls.
Service awful, 6 people including the manager Harley the line is moving like turtle.
Ashlyn and Matt were fantastic. Seems like they may have been training with a lady who had a ponytail braided. She was a lot. She was getting in there way trying to help but they had it under control. Seems a bit much and could see she was frustrating the other two. Ashlyn great job, way to stay positive!!
