I never posted why I did a bad review my car was there for months and no repairs were done I had paid upfront only to get my car returned the same with no work been done too it . Long story short I ended up selling my car . It had gone in for an engine rebuild and they kept saying it was going to get done for months and nothing was done .
Never judge a book by its cover JRE Customs does awesome bodywork. The owner and workers are very professional, polite, and transparent. The work that they do cannot be bet by other auto and body repair shops. (Driver side front fender repaired)
With great policies such as piling up used tires around the dumpster and also disposing of them in the dumpster is only 1 way the oh so amazing manager Branden pollutes our environment. Doing what a professional couldn’t even call a fair to mediocre paint job(s) without the required filtration to follow state required guide lines is only the second way. I'm in a wheelchair and my 2011 Ranger truck has a custom bagged suspension to lower the truck so I can get in and out. Well the suspension is getting old and developed multiple leaks and bags also were going bad. Brandon went above and beyond for me. He drove to Hockley just to get the new bags because it was going to take 3 days to have them shipped. This is my only transportation and he and his crew worked hard and afterhours to get me going .
