JRC is absolutely brilliant! I recently had to replace a side entrance to my backyard and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They were very polite, professional, and passionate about their craft. My wife and I worked closely with Rene to make sure nothing conflicted with our HOA or the current aesthetic we had in place. 10/10 will continue to work with JRC.
We are customers in Pasedena who paid up front for 2 small railings on front entry to home. (These are a safety item for a patient with brain cancer.) JRC was very slow and told us “it is a very small job”. First they said the railings were done (7 weeks) and that they just could not get to such a small job. Now the scheduling woman, Samantha, insisted the job was within the time quoted and that the railings weren’t done yet. $1600 was paid in full up front.
