It genuinely feels like once they have your money, all your emails and calls go into a black hole. Building has incredibly poor sound insulation, as I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor’s kids make - to the point where it shakes my apartment whenever they’re running or playing around. Definitely not renewing my lease when the time comes and will be advising all my friends and colleagues to stay away from any building that this management company owns.

Not pleased. It’s 35 degrees outside and my apartment is ice cold. The radiators only stay on for brief intervals. I am bundled up in multiple layers in order to stay warm. Many other people in the building are complaining about the lack of heat. I now have to go out to purchase a space heater in order to keep warm. Using space heaters is dangerous however I have no other choice.

Living 20 years in their building and having raised 2 children in this building has been a blessing. JRC manages to always keep their building clean. It is a pleasure to come home from a hard days work and walk into a nice clean building that’s surrounded by beautiful flowers and birds singing all round this building. Feeling blessed 100%!

Honestly it's the best management company I've ever seen, not even joking. If you are a contractor this message is for you, JRC always pays in time, never a problem. They always pick up phone if anything is needed.
