I highly recommend JRB Heating & Cooling. They are professional, friendly and fair. They came to service our A/C that wasn’t working. They gave us pricing for repairs and we asked for the cost to replace it. They provided detailed information and pricing for all options and were not pushy trying to sell us a new one . We did choose to replace it based on age, and they were out the next morning installing it. The employees were very kind and I felt safe with them in my home.
Returned my call with 24 hours. Showed up & repaired problem. What more could u ask for!!! Great customer service & prompt tech communication, I highly recommend this co. to anyone! Thanks so much!!

My furnace decided to fail on one of the coldest Saturdays of the new year, and I was lucky that JRB had put a sticker on the unit several years ago when there was a small problem. I called and they responded quickly, explained how I could keep the house warm (with radiator space heaters) till the new furnace could be installed. Jeff and crew were fast and diligent, and the house is nicely warm again by early Monday afternoon. Great work. Friendly service. I give JRB my full recommendation!
