JRAK Construction did an AWESOME job on our roof! In the middle of monsoon season, we were blessed to get these guys on the job in less than a week from our initial meeting with them. They got here on a Tuesday morning, bright and early, and by Thursday evening, they had mostly finished replacing a pitched shingle roof, and a flat roof (transitioned from tar and gravel to 60 mil TPO) on a 5 bedroom, 2800 square foot home. I hired them to renovate a home for me. Half way through the job I made the mistake of paying him in full for labor and materials needed and then he disappeared. Wouldn't answer his phone. Took me for about $10,000. This business is not to be trusted and should be shut down.

This client has champagne taste on a beer budget. We could not accommodate on the budget provided. The project was stopped because per the contract the client was to pay additional for higher end items and was not willing to do so. We did not get away with $10,000, actually I pulled $3,000.00 out of my own pocket to get to the point before the job was left. I was still recovering from the money I lost on the previous job. JRAK put new roofing material on our flat roof house which previously had several leaks. It's been a few months and we have no leaks. They did a great job, were here when they were supposed to be and finished the work very promptly. We got a great price compared to other estimates and a great warranty. We are very pleased with the job.
JRAK were part of the crew doing interior and exterior remodel for the new Sadie's on Academy. The establishment looks beautiful......customers compliment it all the time! They were definitely the right company for the job.
