We recently had windows installed by this company and unfortunately our experience was not positive. The final result included several visible scratches and holes in the window frames, which we were told are “normal.” We were not satisfied with this explanation, as the finish does not meet our expectations for quality workmanship. Do not recommend if you expect a professional standard.
Extremely shady company. We ordered a fire rated window and paid a 50% deposit. The window was never installed. In investigation it turned out the window was never manufactured. The supplier of the glass doesn’t even make fire rated glass. It’s been close to a month and we haven’t received our deposit yet. Strongly recommend no payment till the job is completely when using this company.
Unfortunately this company can not be trusted. Paid a deposit to have a fire window manufactured and installed. Have had nothing but excuses as to why no one turned up today to install as booked in. Now I can’t get them to respond to my calls or texts. Seems to be scam company.
Be careful with this company , soon I will upload their product photos, very poor quality products
