Great service on my Scott road bike from Arley. Thursday night I brought in my front wheel that I jacked up by bending the spoke and rim and by Friday the next day somehow Arley was able to put it back together and get me back on my bike. Took it out for a 20-mile bike ride and it rode as good as ever!
STAY AWAY. Do not believe the 5 star rating. I'm betting most of the good reviews you might see are fake. Just left JRA Bikes for the last time with my bike in worse shape than when I brought it in to have a few noises it was making fixed. Almost $200 later, my bike is in such bad shape after they worked on it, I can no longer ride it. The sarcastic remark I got from the owner was "Well, what do want me to do?" Awesome customer service and advice. They helped me fix a flat while teaching me me how to do it myself in the future. A lot of great hints on cycling and very willing to help this beginning cyclist!
Visited on 4/19/16 Awesome experience. Arley was superb. Very knowledgeable, helpful. Great , friendly personal customer service, he took care of my repairs & replacements while I waited. Great selection of bikes, & accessories too. Didn't know this great bike shop was in my city, I will definitely continue to support this local business. Thank you JRA Bicycle & Staff.
Wow this place is amazing. They had a used part to get me thru the day, and then they got what I needed it . They Didn't charge double labor and hooked me up. Nicest guys in the business .Thanks Dave and Arley.
Do not go to jra i had my bike painted through their shop and it was suppose to be matte black and it was painted gloss..their painted tried to make me jump through hoops just to meet him to fix the issue..this is not how you treat customers..they should be the ones to jump through hoops not me..just very bad business ethics both by jra and their painter
Brought in 2 bikes for modifications and tune ups. They ride a thousand times better. They put on better parts for a great price. Great customer service and a great source of knowledge about things to do and events. All around great place and better people.
