If I would be able I would put 0 stars DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE THEY SALE USELESS CARS. I bought one a month ago looks good but I put the scanner and it reads problems with transmission. Plus, it won't start. Heads up, peeps save your money and go elsewhere. plz don't make the same mistake as me.
Horrible customers service, was very unprofessional did an application weeks ago never received a call back, so I went in and was told to come back when l went back I was told that I was approved but then he left to Norwalk and I remained waiting for his return for him to come back and then was told something totally different and on top of that the customer service was so ghetto, worker slipped up and called me a cuhz like I am a crip or something so unprofessional. Also they are not wearing face mask at all.
Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Never sent me or notified me of the new plates my car needed and then had the nerve to tell me they didn’t have time for my request! Only went here because I was desperate but I regret giving them my business!!!!
